Rockies offers over 13,000 square metres of leasable floor area and features a mixed environment of office space and teaching areas. This wing is particularly suitable for offices and/or large-scale meeting and training facilities. The offices, which have a gross storey height of 4.5m, can be accessed via a central hall. Rockies has its own entrance, a fully equipped restaurant on the ground floor, a gym, extensive bicycle parking facilities (capacity of 650) and an exhibition hall in the basement. Rockies also includes a fully equipped and ready-to-use auditorium with sufficient capacity for 128 people.
