At The Park consists of three wings with around 28,000m2 of leasable floor space and a storey height of 4.5 metres. It’s equipped with all the services your business will need: an auditorium, laboratories, meeting rooms, training rooms, a restaurant, a campus garden and flexible interior shells – you name it we’ve got it! Together with the lush green environment, these facilities create a healthy and inspiring working environment. At The Park’s tenants include renowned businesses such as TNO and Eurofins. Kadans ecosystem

Accessibility
At The Park is exceptionally accessible both by car and by public transport. Rijswijk Station, is just a couple of minutes’ walk away and offers numerous train, bus and tram links. We are also just a few minutes by car to the A4 motorway and we have on-site parking capacity for around 600 cars, including electric cars. Naturally, At The Park is also easily accessible by bicycle and is just a 10-minute bike ride from both Delft and The Hague. We also offer extensive bicycle parking facilities.
